5-Step Morning Routine

I hope all of you are doing great this Tuesday morning!

I was thinking over the weekend how to create impact in the biggest way that I can currently. With my newsletter growing at a steady pace, I believe that this is where I can do that. The next step was to think of a tool or technique that I could share with you all…

I thought, “Do I give a small tool or give you guys the best tool that I have?” Due to the title of this journal entry, I think you know which one I decided to go with. But, a tool like this needs some explanation behind it in order for it to work to it’s ability. So, I’m doing something different for this entry today.

First, there’s a video. Please watch this video to understand how the 5-Step Morning Routine works, the science behind it, and how to implement it into your daily life.

After watching that video and creating your template for the 5-Step Morning Routine, make sure to set a reminder or calendar invitation on your phone for every morning. Hold yourself accountable.

As you can see from the video, there’s so much science behind each step of the 5-Step Morning Routine. I find that if I know how something works, I’m much more apt to do it. Hopefully this resonates and creates some motivation for you to implement it like it did for me!

Lastly, for those that are business owners, check out the last page of the PDF file below. I’ve included a “Business Plan” affirmation to use with or instead of the “Life Plan”. It’s structured the same way as the Life Plan where you answer the questions above, then plug them into an already structured template. Repeat the whole paragraph every morning 3 times and watch what happens!
